Ever wonder what to do with that old computer that's wasting space in your home or office?  Dump it TODAY and help the cops help kids.

Here's how:

THE ROCHESTER POLICE ACTIVITIES LEAGUE (PAL) IS URGING COMMUNITY TO DROP OFF OLD/UNWANTED COMPUTERS TO HELP KIDS IN NEED.

On Wednesday, August 6th The Rochester Police Activities League (PAL) will be holding our first ever Computer Drive.

PAL will be collecting new & gently used computers with the help of Action for a Better Community, Micro-Cycle and Sunnking. We are urging folks throughout the region to donate their old or unwanted computers at one of our two officer staffed collection points (Rochester Auto Expressions/Bath Tub Billy’s Lot, 630 West Ridge Road or 1717 East Ave, World Gym East Avenue (Across From Wegmans). The two posts will be manned from 7am-7pm by Rochester Police officers who will be volunteering their time to help children in need. With the help of Micro-Cycle and Sunnking the donated computers will be recycled and new computers will be delivered to children in need, just in time for the upcoming school year.
