Radiohead will supposedly be hitting the studio soon to begin work on their ninth album.
Guitarist Jonny Greenwood tells BBC Radio 6 Music he and his mates are "going to start up in September." He says they plan to do a little "playing, rehearsing and recording" so they can "see how it's sounding."
When the band does finally come out with a new album, it will be their first since 2011's The King of Limbs.
The members of Radiohead haven't been dormant during the entire interim. Greenwood scored Paul Thomas Anderson's film The Master, frontman Thom Yorke released an album and toured with Atoms for Peace, and drummer Phil Selway recorded his second solo album, which is due out in October.
