Listen to Radiohead on iHeartRadio

Concert promoter Live Nation is facing charges in last summer's fatal stage collapse ahead of a Radiohead concert in Toronto.  According to the "Toronto Star," the Ministry of Labor announced a total of 13 charges under the Occupational Health and Safety Act Friday following a nearly year-long investigation.

Live Nation Canada is facing eight counts, while a Canadian staging company and an engineer have also been charged.  The trial is expected to start on June 27th.

Live Nation has released a statement saying they "wholeheartedly" disagree with the charges because they did everything possible to ensure everyone's safety.

The June 16th, 2012 collapse resulted in the death of Radiohead's 33-year-old drum technician Scott Johnson.
