State Police filed charges this afternoon against the Williamson man who crashed his motorcycle on Route 590 Saturday evening -- causing the death of a Rochester woman.

Dennis Conklin is charged with second-degree vehicular manslaughter and drunken driving. He's been arraigned in City Court and is being held in the Monroe County Jail.

Troopers say his motorcycle was going fast and weaving in-and-out of slower traffic when it crashed into a barrier. Passenger Mary Nolan of Rochester was thrown from the bike and killed.
